• How long does it take to receive these items? 

Answer:  You should receive your products in about 7 to 9 days when shipped direct from the Factory and only 2 or 3 days when shipped from local stock out of Boston.

•  Do these products come with a 

warranty? 

Answer:  Yes they certainly do, all our new products come with a full 2-Year manufacturer’s limited warranty.

• Do you have a Demo Trial program?

Answer:  We sure do! We offer a 30 day money back guarantee trial program so you have plenty of time to demo our products in your own system. The only real way to know how good a product is for you and your system.

• How can this master clock work with in my system? 

Answer:  There are many different ways a person can incorporated a master clock into their system. Today, the simplest and most popular way is to plug it into your UpTone Audio EtherREGEN. The EtherREGEN comes with a BNC connector and you just plug one end of the included BNC cable into our clock and the other into the EtherREGEN. Our QUICK SET UP GUIDE has pictures and detailed instructions but it’s as simple as can be. If you need an EtherREGEN that is simple too. Message me and I’ll assist you with getting you on Uptone Audio‘s build list so you can get on their next production batch. I have bought many items from UpTone Audio. They are great to work with. • What if my item is received damaged? 

Answer:  Don’t worry, all of our items are shipped fully insured and we will take care of you. We care a great deal about our customers and regardless of any issue we go out of our way to take care of our customers. We believe it’s the right thing to do so please enjoy your purchase and know your buying from a company you can count on.

•  Do you have any instructions to help me set this gear up? 

Answer:  Yes we created a QUIT SET UP GUIDE and added it to our website. This is a super helpful resource for new owners and folks looking for some additional detailed info. Its an easy to use guide with step by step instructions with pictures and lettered diagrams.

• What power supply is needed to power the master clock? 

Answer:  Our master clocks require a 12V power supply. No power supply comes with our master clocks. We recommend a quality linear power supply and we sell one specialty designed as the perfect partner but any old 12V SMPS (wall wart) will work just fine. A low noise LPS is preferred and recommended but not mandatory. We know of quite a few folks that use wall warts and are very happy with the results. Yes an LPS will provide a significant and noticeable upgrade but each person can decide for themselves. Maybe add one later. It’s your choice!

• Are cables included to hook up your products? 

Answer:  With our Master Clocks we include a BNC Cable to connect to the EtherREGEN. 

With our LPS we include (2) DC Power Cables and an IEC AC Power Cable.

• What kind of BNC cable is included?

Answer:  We include a Free BNC cable that measures good and sounds good. It’s a solid and respectable starter cable. It’s meant to get you started. Many folks are very happy with this cable but upgrading your BNC cable is a worthwhile upgrade. Especially the master clock cable. Most signal precision is lost from the cable itself in the master clock signal chain. It’s a very delicate signal and upgrading your BNC cable goes very far and returns the largest sound quality gains. It’s a great cable to upgrade.

• Can I upgrade down the road? 

Answer:  Yes you certainly can, it’s much easier to do today with our all new trade up program! We have been adding more and more to our portfolio of products and our customers have been asking for an upgrade program. We just rolled out an all new program. We provide our customers 80% of the purchase price they paid toward any item they want to upgrade to. Take a look at the details on our website. It’s been very popular. We want to support our customers and help them grow their systems.

• Does this master clock really work and improve my system as much as everyone says? Is this really true? 

Answer:  Yes it really does. It will be the most impressive upgrade you have ever made to your system. That may sound a little over the top but honestly it’s the truth. How can we say this with such certainty? We now have many many units out in the field and everyone feels the same way. They are absolutely blown away. This is not some small or typical audio upgrade where you system sounds a little better. It is a jaw dropping, system changing, knock you out of your listening chair kind of upgrade. Answer:  Yes absolutely, Stereotimes Senior Editor Michael Girardi just released his brand new audio review of our gear and he flat out LOVED it.
