All products offered by CTronic Music (for cables or special order items see details and restrictions below) are backed by our exclusive 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.


CTronic Music is an authorized distributor or dealer for all the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product or exchange the item. Please notify your salesman or our customer service department within 30 days of the receipt of the product to arrange for a return.

*Restrictions, Limitations & Exclusions:

The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping and insurance fees. Cables are excluded unless CTronic Music provides written authorization via email or text before the purchase. 
Special order items are made special for you and are excluded as well unless authorization is provided before purchase.  Email and text are acceptable forms of time stamped authorization.
Any shipping cost CTronic incurs will be deducted from refunds of undeliverable or refused shipments.Please see the Return Policy/Process below for more information on returning items.

Return Policy & Process

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order for our receiving department to accept them. 

Process to return a product(s):

  1. You may only return products that have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. The product must be in like-new condition and packaged correctly with the original box, packaging, accessories and manuals. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original factory cartons. Incomplete or improperly packaged products may be subject to a restocking fee.
  3. You are responsible for shipping charges for return shipments.
  4. Email: CTronicmusic@outlook.com to request an RMA number. All returns require an RMA number.
  5. Please print the RMA Number on the return shipping label affixed to the outside of the package(s). (See number 8, below.) Please do not write or mark on the factory cartons.
  6. Include a brief note inside the box explaining why the product is being returned, along with the billing name and address.
  7. For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping the package(s) via insured FedEx or UPS or USPS. Please retain your tracking number as CTronic Music is not responsible for lost or damaged items. If the package arrives damaged or distressed, we will refuse it. You will then need to file a claim with the carrier to recover the insured amount of your package(s).
  8. Ship the package(s) to:

9. CTronic Music will refund your PayPal account or issue an exchange based on your request within 10 days of receiving your item. 

Damaged & Defective Products

If you believe that you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service within 48 hours at CTronicmusic@outlook.com. If a product arrives defective or damaged, and cannot be fixed with replacement parts, CTronic Music will contact the carrier and arrange for pickup of the item. Please have the product repackaged with all the accessories.

We will not send out a replacement product until the original product has been received and verified defective or damaged. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt at CTronic Musics warehouse for processing.
