Trade-Ins and/or upgrade items must be sent back to CTronic Music Boston. Once an agreement is reached, we provide you with an RMA Number so please write this number on the box or shipping label clearly.

A CTronic team member will review all trade-in items within 48 hours upon receipt of the package. Once the items have been confirmed to match the description on the trade-in quote form the new product will be released to be shipped out. If there is a discrepancy with the condition of item or items verse what was listed on the Trade-In quote form, we will contact you promptly to work out a simple and fair solution for both sides.
What we do not accept in trade:
We do not accept broken or non-functioning products. Common sense is the best guide here. That said we are super easy to work with and quite flexible so go ahead and enter your trade-in for a quote, and the CTronic Team will review your proposal. We work hard to accept every trade we can.
